Feb 18th @1-3PM Family and Friends Day at PFS!!!


Not to workout, but introduce PFS classes and equipment to your family and friends. It’s after Valentine’s day and before Feb vacation. Come as you are or bring something to share. Come check out the studio and equipment. Only thing missing would be RipSurfer X coming in Early March.

Zumba for Teens starts today @4PM for 6 weeks.
It’s not too late to sign up. Just come 10 mins before class starts to fillout a registration. 6 weeks @45 minutes/ session
$48 age 12 and up. Mature 10 and 11 years will be accepted as well.

ALL afternoon classes ( Z-Tomic, PiYo, T.B.W. ) are cancelled for Wednesday, January 18th.

Effective this Sunday Jan 15th, studio is CLOSED on Sundays. Spin is moved to Saturdays @8:45AM. Please check the schedule for changes.
