Overview
Total body workout featuring the latest addition to our equipment, Bosu! We will also utilize other equipment for the session,
including free weights, body bars, and resistance bands. Through this cardio session, you will focus on improving strength, flexibility, agility, core muscles, and balance.
Bosu?
Bosu are half yoga balls attached to a flat rigid base. The name “BOSU” is an acronym for “Both Sides Up” or "Both Sides Utilized".
Lay it flat on the floor to use the springy ball as a balance trainer, or flip it over to control the gyro motion.
For the first time, you can stand, sit, or lay on the top of a ball without the fear of it rolling away!
Challenge yourself with new moves, or add excitment to your old floor footholds as you try to maintain balance.
