P90X Program with Nutrition Plan June 18- Sept 15 for 90days.
Personal train for 1hr 6days a week 10:45-11:45 Mon-Fri, 1-2PM on Sat. Sunday is the rest day and you need that rest day. It’s a scheduled phase of your program for you to be successful in stronger and fitter you without risking injury.
If you want to see great results within 90 days, you follow my direction with food and workouts!!! Time is chosen for specific reasons. By mid morning, chances are you’ve had your breakfast and digested and you have optimal level of glycogen stored in your tissues for your work load so you can go thru 1hr training without losing intensity. Your body then doesn’t have to struggle trying to digest breakfast and send your muscles glycogen it needs to work at the same time since both require blood flow. That’s why you feel sluggish when you eat too much before your exercise, you feel like throwing up . It’s also hard to acheive high intensity because your body is busy digeting food. If you miss your session, you pick it up next day or optional PM session.
PFS Pass holders, you really don’t need extra workouts after 1 hr personal training session, however you can supplement cardio to strength train or vise versa, or add mind body classes like yoga or pilates or piyo. Make sure to add enough fuel to last you for additional calorie enpenditure.
You are saving 70% in personal training fees for this program and you follow specific nutrition guide line, so by 90days you’ll see great results!!!

Hiring instructors with special certifications for Platinum Fitness Studio. Must have AFAA or ACE primary or group fitness cert or any Nationally recognized group fitness certs and CPR/AED. All formats including Spin, Zumba, TRX Suspension and Rip Training, Yoga, Pilates, Turbokick, Bosu etc…
