Spin Bikes are in!!!
Sign up is required to reserve your bike! There are only 11 bikes available for members. Cost is $15/class. If you have 20 class card, I’ll punch 3 holes instead of one or you can purchase specialty class cards.
Specialty cards are good for Spin, PFS HIIT, or Kettlebells and cost is $150 for 10 classes and for a limited time, you’ll get a free class with a purchase of 1 card.

Spin is on schedule as of next Monday May 9th @5:30PM and Thursday May 12th @8:30AM. Please come 10 to 15 mins early to fit to your bike. Please check the website frequently for additional spin classes.

PFS is hiring Spin instructors for early AM and PM!
Also hiring instructors with AFAA or ACE Primary or Group X, Zumba, Will Power & Grace, etc… Instructors with multiple certs has higher priority!
